This Privacy Policy applies in particular to
visitors to proview360.ch;
persons using forms on the website;
persons requesting a quotation or information;
prospective and existing clients communicating with Proview360 by email, telephone or WhatsApp;

The proview360.ch website is hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland.
Technical data required to provide and secure the website may be processed on the hosting provider’s infrastructure.
When a person uses a form on the website, Proview360 may receive information such as

services requested;
characteristics of the property or project;
free-text message;
any other information voluntarily provided.

Information sent through a form is forwarded to Proview360 by email.
A copy may also be temporarily stored in the WordPress system used by the website.
Submissions stored in WordPress are deleted no later than six months after receipt, unless longer retention is necessary due to a dispute, legal obligation or contractual relationship.
Information transferred to Proview360’s business correspondence is retained for as long as necessary for the management of the business relationship.
Documents that must be retained for accounting, tax, contractual or legal reasons may be retained for the periods required by applicable law.

proview360 Sàrl does not currently operate a newsletter through which website visitors are automatically subscribed to recurring marketing communications.
Sending a contact or quotation request therefore does not automatically subscribe the person to a newsletter.

When a Google Maps component is loaded, Google may receive technical information such as the IP address, browser information and information relating to the use of the service.
Proview360 may provide a button or link allowing users to contact the company through WhatsApp.
When a user clicks on this link or communicates with Proview360 through WhatsApp, the communication is also processed by WhatsApp in accordance with that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
Proview360 receives the information that the user chooses to provide through this channel, which may include:
telephone number;
name or profile name;
message content;
images, documents or files submitted.
Users remain free to contact Proview360 by another means, such as email or telephone.

Certain virtual tours displayed on the website may be hosted or delivered using Matterport technology.
When a Matterport tour is opened, connections to Matterport’s infrastructure may be established.
Matterport may process technical information such as the IP address, browser and device characteristics, information relating to the viewing of the tour and technical identifiers or cookies.
Depending on Matterport’s infrastructure and service configuration, data may be processed outside Switzerland.
Proview360 also uses 3DVista to create interactive virtual experiences and tours.
Depending on the hosting configuration of a particular tour, technical data generated when the tour is viewed may be processed on the infrastructure used to host that tour.
A 3DVista tour may also incorporate content or functionality from external services.
Activation of such content may result in data being communicated to the relevant external provider.

To provide its services and operate its website, Proview360 may use specialised external providers.
These may provide services in areas such as:

Where a provider processes data on behalf of Proview360, Proview360 endeavours, where applicable, to ensure that the processing is appropriately governed.
