\">\n                            <p class=\"wp-block-gn-text-block\">6.1 General principle<\/p>\n<p>Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the commissioning and payment of a service does not automatically result in the complete assignment of intellectual property rights relating to works created or supplied by proview360 S\u00e0rl.<\/p>\n<p>Where proview360 S\u00e0rl holds the necessary rights in a work, the client receives a non-exclusive licence to use that work in accordance with the conditions below.<\/p>\n<p>This licence allows the client to use the work for the promotion and communication of the project for which it was commissioned.<\/p>\n<p>6.2 Works covered<\/p>\n<p>These provisions apply in particular, without limitation, to<\/p>\n<p><code>\uf0b7 real-estate photography<br \/>\uf0b7 aerial photography<br \/>\uf0b7 videos<br \/>\uf0b7 drone photography and video<br \/>\uf0b7 computer-generated and 3D images<br \/>\uf0b7 3D animations and videos<br \/>\uf0b7 architectural visualisations<br \/>\uf0b7 virtual home staging<br \/>\uf0b7 virtual tours and 360\u00b0 tours<br \/>\uf0b7 tours produced using technologies such as Matterport or 3DVista<br \/>\uf0b7 panoramas<br \/>\uf0b7 2D and 3D graphical plans<br \/>\uf0b7 exploded views<br \/>\uf0b7 layouts and sales materials<br \/>\uf0b7 models, renderings and interactive content<br \/>\uf0b7 graphic and multimedia materials<br \/>\uf0b7 and, in general, any work produced as part of a mandate entrusted to proview360 S\u00e0rl<\/code><\/p>\n<p>6.3 Scope of the client&#8217;s licence<\/p>\n<p>Subject to full payment of the relevant services and unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client may use the delivered work for the promotion, marketing and communication of the relevant project.<\/p>\n<p>Such use is permitted in particular:<\/p>\n<p><code>\uf0b7 on the client's website<br \/>\uf0b7 on the project's website<br \/>\uf0b7 on real-estate portals<br \/>\uf0b7 on social media<br \/>\uf0b7 in digital campaigns<br \/>\uf0b7 in paid advertising campaigns<br \/>\uf0b7 on specialist platforms and media<br \/>\uf0b7 in brochures, prospectuses and sales documentation on posters and printed materials<br \/>\uf0b7 at exhibitions, trade fairs and events<br \/>\uf0b7 in commercial presentations<br \/>\uf0b7 in press releases and media publications<br \/>\uf0b7 in the client's newsletters<br \/>\uf0b7 and on any other medium intended to promote the relevant project<\/code><\/p>\n<p>Unless otherwise agreed, this licence is granted without geographical or time limitation, provided that the use remains connected with the project or property for which the content was created.<\/p>\n<p>Technical adaptations required for publication, such as resizing, reasonable cropping, compression or adaptation to the format of a social network or real-estate portal, are permitted provided that they do not distort or materially alter the work.<\/p>\n<p>6.4 Resale and transfer prohibited<\/p>\n<p>The right of use granted to the client does not constitute a transfer of ownership of the intellectual property rights.<\/p>\n<p>Without the prior written consent of proview360 S\u00e0rl, the client may not<\/p>\n<p><code>\uf0b7 resell a work produced by proview360 S\u00e0rl<br \/>\uf0b7 grant a sublicense to a third party<br \/>\uf0b7 commercialise the work separately<br \/>\uf0b7 transfer the work for use in another project<br \/>\uf0b7 allow a third party to reuse the work for its own purposes or for another mandate<br \/>\uf0b7 incorporate the work into an image bank, commercial library or product intended for resale.<\/code><\/p>\n<p>The client may nevertheless provide the work to its agents, communication agencies, property managers, brokers, printers, real-estate platforms or other service providers where this is strictly necessary for the promotion of the relevant project.<\/p>\n<p>Such third parties do not acquire an independent right of use and may not reuse the work for other projects or clients.<\/p>\n\n                        <\/div>\n                    <\/div>                                        \n                <\/div>                                              \n                    <\/div>                                \n            <\/section>\n\n<section id=\"\" class=\"text-block  space-bottom-yes space-top-yes text-block-id-6a8d16ae9f8c8 bg-color-gray text-color-black\">                \n                \n                    <div class=\"container\">     \n                        <p class='background-text'> Proview <\/p>         \n                        <div class=\"row\">                                        \n                        <div class=\"col\">\n                            <h2 class=\"textBlock-headline style-1 left \">7.
